Job Requirements:
To qualify for the Front Desk Agent positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Strong spoken English skills
- 7 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Agent, candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- Take, cancel, and modify room reservations
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
