Job Requirements:
To be considered for the Waiter/Waitress positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of Matric level education
- Excellent spoken English skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates for the Waiter/Waitress positions will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering comprehensive restaurant and catering services.
- Preference will be given to candidates who speak Urdu, Hindi, or Tagalog.
- Welcoming and seating guests, taking their orders, and providing full-service support.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Arabic language is beneficial for interacting with local customers.
- Effectively communicating with customers and providing the necessary food items.
- Presenting menus and recommending appetizers and drinks to encourage upselling.
- Taking meal and beverage orders from customers and relaying them to the kitchen.
- Answering questions about menu offerings and the preparation of food and drinks.
- Maintaining a positive attitude while performing assigned duties.
